The runners ran 1.6 miles to get to Bracher Park and 0.6 miles to get back to Wilcox.  The runners who did not run the timed workout yesterday, were running in a race tomorrow, who were injured, or who ran at Baylands Park yesterday were supposed to run the above portion of the workout.  All were given long rests (10-11 minutes) in between runs since most of them had never previously run a timed workout this season.  The temperature was in the mid 80s.
