The temperature was 95 degrees today.  Some ran 2.3 miles to get to the park.  Others ran 1.6 miles and others ran 0.6 miles.  Runners were placed in groups, based upon their conditioning.  Pacesetters were selected for each run and for each group.  (1) in parenthesis means that that person should have led on the first run.  (2) means that that person should have led on the second run for the group.  And, (3) means that that runner should have led for the third run.  Beginning runners ran 5 loops at easy effort.  All ran back to school on either the 0.6M, 1.6M, or 2.3M route.
