The group 1 runners ran 3 miles prior to the workout and 2 miles afterward.  They started 5:15 after the start of the preceding run for a 2:00 rest.  The group 2 runners ran 2 miles before and after the workout and started each run 6:15 after the start of the preceding run.  The group 3 runners ran 2 miles before the workout and rested 5 minutes in between runs.  Only 7 of the 15 girls on the roster were able to complete the workout due to injury or failure to show up for the workout.  The league finals are in 8 days.
